Join us on Friday 27th June for an exclusive five-course tasting menu, created and prepared by our Head Chef, Sam.

With over a decade of experience working alongside some of the North’s most respected Michelin-starred chefs, Sam brings his creativity, skill, and passion to the heart of Moss & Moor for a one-night-only dining experience.

Enjoy beautifully crafted dishes inspired by the season, served in our award-winning restaurant with views across to the Cow and Calf. From a warm welcome to the final course, this evening promises flavour, flair and a relaxed atmosphere.

What to Expect
A five-course seasonal menu, designed and cooked by Head Chef Sam.
Here’s a taste of what’s planned:

  • Malted roll with whipped Marmite butter
  • Leek & potato espuma, confit leek, burnt leek ash
  • Roasted scallop, shallot & soy dressing, micro coriander
  • Lamb cutlet, morel mushroom, wild garlic
  • Strawberry mille-feuille
